(c) Is your offer clear enough? Is your price tag prominent enough? Can you make it bigger? Can you make it pop more? Sometimes the needed tweak is that simple and crude. The image is small enough in that email and it has to be kind of shouty to get noticed.

(d) What color scheme are you using on that price tag or button? White text on a red background or black text on yellow background are usually the most effective… even if they clash with the actual colors used in the ad. This is another one of those things where you might have to ignore your Inner Artist and try something cheesier. If it works, it works (and it usually works).
